What Card Types do you accept?

 

We currently accept all card types.

When will my item ship?

Please allow 3-5 business days after placing your order for it to ship.

What orders qualify for free shipping?

All orders over $65 qualify for free shipping.

How long does it take to receive a package?

Please allow 5-7 business days from shipment date.

Do you have a pick-up option?

 

Yes! Our pick up location is in Cincinnati.

When will I be able to pick-up my order?

​

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Once your order is ready to be picked up you will receive a second e-mail notifying you your order is ready, with additional pick-up instructions. Allow at least 3-4 days for order to be fulfilled.

Are returns/exchanges allowed?

Yes! Items shipped or picked up from maisondecouleur.shop can be returned within 14 days of receipt of shipment or pick-up. Send an email to houseofcolor.mdc@gmail.com and a return label will be provided (unless you chose the pick up option at checkout).

I received the wrong item, or something went wrong.. what now?

First we'd like to say, sorry about that! Please contact us at houseofcolor.mdc@gmail.com and we’ll be sure to get you the items you ordered and fix any existing issues!
